KIVOZA didn't start with a business plan. It started with years of frustration on the other side of this market.
Our team has spent over a decade running an IT and web agency — building websites, stores, apps, and systems for hundreds of businesses. Like every agency, we needed a steady flow of good clients. So we tried everything the industry offers.
We signed up to lead platforms and bought credits. We spent serious budget on search ads and watched expensive clicks turn into almost no real enquiries. We paid lead-generation companies and received leads that were dead, fake, or sold to five competitors at once. We paid heavy subscriptions to directories just to sit near the top of a list. We bid on bidding platforms and watched good work go to whoever was willing to charge the least.
Years of spending. Very little to show for it. And the strangest part — the businesses on the other side weren't happy either.
Because while we were paying to reach customers, those customers were struggling just as much in the opposite direction. They'd post a project and get buried under twenty near-identical pitches. They couldn't tell who was a real, established company and who was someone with a nice template. They'd pick the cheapest quote, get burned, and start again.
Both sides were paying — in money, in time, in trust — and both sides were losing. That's the problem KIVOZA was built to fix.
