This Vendor Agreement applies when you register and operate as a vendor on KIVOZA.

1. Vendor role
As a vendor, you offer IT and related services to customers matched through KIVOZA. You are an independent contractor; nothing in this agreement creates employment or partnership with KIVOZA.
2. Profile and verification
You agree to keep your profile accurate and complete, and to cooperate with KIVOZA verification and compliance checks.
3. Lead handling
You will respond professionally to matched opportunities, respect connection limits, and use Coins only as described in product flows and the Refund & Coins Policy.
4. Customer engagements
Contracts, delivery, invoicing, and warranties between you and a customer are your responsibility. KIVOZA is not liable for disputes arising from those engagements.
5. Fees
Applicable Coin fees or other platform fees are disclosed in the product. Failure to pay may result in restricted access.
6. Termination
Either party may end the vendor relationship subject to outstanding obligations. Provisions that by nature should survive (fees, IP, liability limits) continue after termination.
